Corporate Attorney

Reading office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a corporate attorney preferably with 4-6 years of experience in corporate and transactional matters. The candidate must be Admitted to PA Bar.

The candidate should have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, meet deadlines and manage workflow priorities. Must have proactive and self-starting. Strong interpersonal skills - including the ability to respond productively to direction and feedback and to work well with staff and leadership at all levels needed. Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy, organizational skills, and time management is required. Must have a commitment to work product that is thorough, complete, and excellent. Must be an efficient and resourceful worker with the ability to multitask on a variety of matters under significant time pressure. Should be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and attracted to challenging opportunities within a rapidly growing environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed. Must have strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Should have the ability to adapt quickly to changing business environments.
