Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level energy transactional associate attorney with 3-6 years of transactional experience. The candidate will be working collaboratively on complex energy transactional matters. Will be providing counsel to clients on complex policy and business issues. Supporting the growth and management of client relationships. Performing general research and writing tasks for a variety of clients. Understands the importance of exceeding client expectations and providing excellent client service. Must have renewable energy transactional experience, including with project finance and M&A transactions. Should be admitted to a State Bar and/or eligible for the District of Columbia Bar.

The candidate should have excellent academic credentials. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and is able to effectively communicate practical ideas and solutions through concise written work product and direct client engagement. Possesses excellent academic credentials as well as strong writing and analytical skills with keen attention to detail. Must be organized, efficient, and able to prioritize, delegate, and manage complex and detail-oriented assignments.
