Job Overview:

Location:

Duties:

  • Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, asset and equity acquisitions, private equity investments, and joint ventures
  • Support clients with corporate matters, including formations, capital raises, operational strategies, and contract negotiations
  • Work closely with senior attorneys to provide strategic guidance and execute legal strategies
  • Assist in managing complex transactions and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Foster direct relationships with clients and third-party advisors
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in training sessions

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in corporate healthcare transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and joint ventures
  • Must be admitted to the bar in the state of employment
  • Strong oral communication, writing, research, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage projects independently and as part of a team
  • Capable of maintaining direct communication with clients and external parties

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active bar membership in the state where applying

Skills:

  • Expertise in healthcare law and corporate transactions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
