Real Estate Associate Attorney

Grand Rapids office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks real estate associate attorney with 5+ years of experience and be licensed (or willing and able to become licensed) and in good standing to practice law in the state of Michigan. The candidate will have tremendous opportunities to work with the firms corporate and litigation attorneys on issues involving real estate matters. Should have experience drafting and negotiating real estate purchase agreements, leases and closing documents, and performing due diligence in real estate transactions. A transferable book of business (partial or full) would be considered positively.
