Plano office of our client seeks litigation associate attorney with 2+ years of experience. The candidate will work through complex commercial litigation-related issues. Expected billable hours of 1,800 to 2,000 per year. Must have Texas and Florida License. Should have experience analyzing, reviewing, editing, and drafting litigation documents.

The candidate should have good academic credentials and strong references. Must have demonstrated the ability to work with clients who demand excellence and be able to meet their expectations. A commitment to working ethically and always in the best interests of client is essential. Should have excellent work ethic, articulate, efficient and analytical and interpersonal skills. Must be a self-starter and be able to work within a fast-paced, demanding environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills needed. Excellent verbal and written communication competences essential. Should have JD degree from an accredited law school with strong GPA.
