Richmond office of our client seeks staff attorney with 3-6 years of patent experience. The candidate should have an engineering or other scientific degree(s), preferably in electrical, mechanical, or chemical engineering, and significant patent prosecution experience. Experience in patent litigation is also helpful. Large firm or IP-boutique experience is a plus. Must be registered and in good standing with the USPTO and currently admitted to a State Bar (Virginia Bar admission is preferred).

Must have superior writing ability, maturity and good communication skills.
