Bellevue office of our client seeks senior labor and employment attorney/counsel with 6+ years of experience. The candidate will primarily focus on traditional labor law under the NLRA, RLA and PERC, but may also include some employment litigation (including single plaintiff and class action matters), as well as providing advice and counseling to clients concerning employment law issues. Must preferably have experience in traditional labor law, including labor arbitrations, as well as a broad understanding of federal and Washington State employment laws and regulations. Must be a member or pending member of the Washington State Bar.
