Partner-level Media and Entertainment Associate Attorney

Washington DC office of our client seeks a partner-level media and entertainment associate attorney with 23 years of music and transactional experience at a law firm. The candidate should have experience practicing in-house at a media broadcasting company or a law firm providing legal counsel to television, radio, and digital broadcasting businesses.Significant experience handling broadcasting legal issues with a focus on regulatory matters (e.g., licensing and compliance) and commercial work (e.g., content licensing and distribution contracts involving TV/digital media networks and studios are needed.Should have a book of business that specializes in the representation of talent and/or production companies. Must be licensed to practice in DC.
