Admission to the Michigan Bar and outstanding professional and academic credentials are required. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience with tax qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, plan design and management 409A M&A DOL and IRS voluntary correction programs IRS audits, and plan termination. Candidates must also have demonstrable success in leading other professionals and support staff, developing and executing strategic plans for business growth.
