Energy, Environment and Infrastructure Associate Attorney

St. Louis office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks energy, environment and infrastructure associate attorney with 2-6 years of experience. The candidate will be managing complex transactions on tight time frames, including interacting with subject matter experts in other disciplines and local counsel, and supervision of junior lawyers and legal support staff. Should have experience in a sophisticated law firm environment managing complex energy and natural resources transactional work (M&A, project development and commercial agreements). Should have experience with renewable energy transactional work (M&A, joint ventures, build-transfer agreements, commercial agreements such as PPAs, O&M and Shared Facilities Agreements). Experience with conventional energy and natural resources transactional work, including oil and gas and mining experience, is advantageous. Experience with financing transactions in the energy and natural resources sector is advantageous.
