Westlake Village office is seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with 2+ years of intellectual property litigation experience. Candidates must be a memeber of the California bar, have patent bar licenses, and have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably computer science. Candidates should have excellent research, written, and verbal communication skills, excellent transcripts from accredited law school, strong knowledge of federal civil procedure, strong work ethic, and an ability to handle a busy docket with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate will be expected to conduct legal and factual research, prepare and respond to written discovery, draft pleadings and motions, and assist with pre-trial and trial activities.

Its practice areas are trademark laws, rules and resources, US constitution, California state resources and law, patent law, international Patent Cooperation Treaty rules and regulations, copyright laws, resources and rules and federal court litigation resources.
