Junior to Mid-Level Entertainment Associate Attorney

Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a junior to mid-level entertainment associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience working on Entertainment transactions in Film, Television, and/or Digital Media. The candidate should have the relevant experience, interest, and drive to work both independently and collegially as part of a team while handling a range of media deals, particularly in TV/film development, production, distribution, and finance. Will work on the top, most cutting-edge deals in Hollywood and beyond in a boutique practice group environment with the added benefit of the diversified, economy-resistant, full-service practice specializations of an AmLaw 50 law firm. Fluency in 2nd language is a plus (The practice currently includes Spanish, French, Portuguese, Korean, and others). Other unique life or work experiences are also valuable. Experience in Development, Production, and/or Distribution preferred. In-house counsel entertainment experience is also a plus. Copyright or intellectual property knowledge and expertise are highly desired.

The candidate should have superior writing and organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a friendly client-facing manner and as part of a collaborative team. Must excel in a fast-paced environment, concurrently servicing multiple leading industry clients.
