Corporate Staff Attorney

New Orleans office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks corporate staff attorney with 7 years of experience. The candidate will draft corporate resolutions relating to annual financial statements, share issuances, distributions, director appointments, powers of attorney, and other similar corporate actions for portfolio companies based throughout the world. Will support the firm legal team as needed with the documentation required in connection with acquisitions and dispositions, including virtual data room support. Oversee the maintenance of corporate records, including working with the client and local registered agents to ensure completeness of records. Experience with mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, and/or cross-border matters is needed. Fluency in Spanish and/or Brazilian Portuguese is required.
