Senior Litigation Associate Attorney

Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior litigation associate attorney with 7-10 years of experience. The candidate must have substantial experience in handling small and large, complex business litigation matters. Should have experience in arguing substantive/dispositive motions. Must have significant deposition experience, with the ability to both take and defend key depositions. Should have ability to draft pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses etc., with minimal supervision. Must be Licensed to practice law in the state of Massachusetts. Multiple State Bar admissions are a plus.

The candidate should have excellent writing and analytical skills. Must have high self-motivation with a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task, as well as a desire to take certain cases and run with them. Should have strong academic and professional credentials. Stellar client relations skills needed. Should have excellent research capabilities. Should have exceptional technical skills and be organized and extremely detail oriented. Must have ability to manage most phases of litigation with little or no partner supervision. Must have a strong academic background with a Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school.
