The candidate should have experience providing sophisticated legal advice, plan design, and document drafting in areas including basic estate planning, tax and wealth transfer planning, business succession planning, trust and estate administration, and be conversant in general business and real property matters. Portable books of business are positive. Probate court clerk experience or trust company experience would be welcomed. Should be licensed to practice in Michigan.

The candidate should have CPA credentials, MST, or LLM in tax degrees.
