Duties:

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to prepare cases.
  • Stay current on legal developments in product liability and personal injury law.
  • Contribute to firm’s growth and assist with business development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5-9 years of experience in civil litigation, particularly in product liability and personal injury defense.
  • Experience with all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial participation.
  • Excellent academic credentials and a strong work ethic.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated commitment to client service and the litigation process.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
