Omaha office of our client seeks employment/litigation attorney with preferably 2-4 years of experience. The candidate will serve in defense of agency charges of discrimination, lawsuits involving a range of employment related claims. Will provide daily advice and counsel to clients regarding various employment and labor law issues. Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediation, and in employment tort, and non-compete cases. Handle and manage defense of agency charges of discrimination, lawsuits involving a broad range of employment related claims and advice and counseling involving similar issues. Advise and train employers on a wide range of employment laws and regulations, including anti-discrimination laws. Daily advice and counsel to clients regarding various employment and labor law issues. Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in a broad range of employment matters, including discrimination, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases. Draft and revise employment and labor related policies and procedures. Prior labor and employment law experience and/ or federal/appellate clerkships is a plus. Understanding of current agency (state and federal) enforcement techniques is required. Should have Nebraska Bar Admission.

Must have JD from Accredited Law School. Must have excellent academic credentials. Should have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong organization, time management and project management skills.
