Mid- to Senior-level Private Equity Associate Attorney

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid- to senior-level private equity associate attorney with 4+ years of extensive experience in private equity transactions. The candidate must have general corporate and corporate governance experience. Experience with cross-border transactions and representing financial advisors also would be helpful. Must have a strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and the securities filings and other documentation utilized in complex M&A and private equity transactions and proficiency in the drafting and negotiation of the same. New York Bar admission is required.

The candidate must have strong academic credentials and writing skills. Strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment are required. The ability to work effectively as part of a team across practice areas and willingness to train junior associates is needed.
