Mid-level Technology Transactions and Strategic Sourcing Associate Attorney

San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level technology transactions and strategic sourcing associate attorney with 3-6 years of demonstrated experience with strategic sourcing (ERP implementations, inbound software licensing, SaaS, technology and procurement transactions) and outsourcing transactions (ITO, BPO, and facilities management), preferably representing customers. The candidate will work in its Intellectual Property and Technology - Technology Transactions and Strategic Sourcing Group. Corporate transactions and M&A experience is helpful. Should have experience in strategic sourcing and outsourcing transactions. Should have experience in technology transactions, software licensing, strategic sourcing, commercial and distribution agreements. Must be Bar admitted.
