Wheaton office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks litigation attorney with 10+ years of experience. The candidate will be meeting with clients, drafting pleadings, administering depositions, propounding and responding to discovery, conducting research, writing motions, making court appearances, arguing motions, participating in trials, interviewing witnesses, drafting agreements, negotiating settlements, attending mediations and arbitrations, handling family law cases and other activities requested by the partners. Must be preferably experienced meeting with and representing clients regarding probate and guardianship matters. Should have desire to make court appearances, argue motions and to participate in hearings, including routine probate and guardianship court appearances. Must be licensed in Illinois and be able to practice in both state and federal court.

The candidate should have excellent academic credentials with excellent communication and writing skills. Strong work ethic and reliability a must. Exemplary client service skills with prompt response levels needed.
