ESOP Associate Attorney

Fort Myers office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an ESOP associate attorney with experience. The candidate must have direct knowledge of Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) and technical experience drafting plans and amendments. Additional experience is also needed working in financial statement analysis, financial modeling, and/or valuation, and must be admitted to the Florida Bar.

The candidate should have a strong accounting or finance background, as well as excellent quantitative, writing, and communication skills. Additional skills include the ability to successfully work on multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously with keen attention to detail.
