Commercial Lending Associate Attorney

The candidate will work alongside experienced and highly skilled senior attorneys in a range of matters including significant commercial loan transactions (including real estate loans, floor plan financings, government-guaranteed loans, such as SBA 7(a) and 504 loans, construction loans, and other asset-based loans), loan document negotiations, loan structuring, and the modification and workout of lending matters. Will work directly with clients helping them achieve their many business objectives. Must have prior work experience drafting commercial lending and other transactional documents and working on complex business purchase transactions at a private law firm.
