Mid-level Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney

Santa Monica office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level real estate finance associate attorney with 2-6 years of experience. The candidate will have significant responsibility and participation in all phases of real estate transactions. Must have significant experience in the following areas: Representing lenders on commercial real estate projects, including office, retail, hotel, multi-family and residential.

The candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills, superior analytical skills and the ability to manage client engagements. Must have other requirements like excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities and assume a high degree of responsibility.

The Southern California office opened seven years ago. Thirteen qualified attorneys round out their legal practice. Areas of practice served are diverse. A number of their practice disciplines consist of mergers-acquisitions, securities, leasing, mortgage work, joint ventures, corporate, and real estate financing.
