Foreclosure/Creditors' Rights Associate Attorney

Yardley office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a foreclosure/creditors' rights associate attorney with 1-3 years of experience in Foreclosure and Creditors' Rights. The candidate will handle all facets of general lender and contested foreclosure litigation in Pennsylvania. Judicial Clerkship, New Jersey, and New York State courts experience is a plus. Must be an active member in good standing of the bar.

The candidate must have a JD from an ABA-approved law school. Should excel in a fast-paced work environment, be comfortable attending motion hearings, trials, and other court conferences, and be well versed in motion practice.
