The candidate should preferably have borrower-side financing experience. Admission to Connecticut Bar is required.

The candidate must possess superior drafting skills, a deep knowledge of commercial real estate law and closing mechanics, and a strong work ethic. Must also be highly motivated and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
