Greenwich office of our client seeks tax attorney/practitioner with 10-20 years of experience. The candidate should have depth in transactional tax matters, including corporate tax, partnership tax, international tax, and mergers and acquisitions. Experience in supervising and training less experienced tax attorneys would be optimal. Must have CT State Bar admission.

The ideal candidate should have excellent technical, professional and client service skills. Excellent academic credentials and written and oral communication skills are required.

This regional law firm employs 300 attorneys that practice in established regional, national, and international companies on many legal matters including complex litigation, transactions, and regulatory matters. Their practice focuses mainly on financial institutions, government, insurance, real estate, and manufacturing issues. This firm has been practicing law for over a century and is one of the first environmental practice groups to form a womens leadership program.
