Mid-level Derivatives Associate Attorney

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level derivatives associate attorney with 2+ years of experience as a Law Clerk/Associate practicing Derivatives. The candidate will advise and represent clients in call spread and capped call transactions, accelerated share repurchases, variable prepaid forwards, stake-building transactions, and other equity derivatives instruments; advise on derivatives regulations; advise on interest rate hedges, FX and currency hedges, commodity hedges and deal-contingent and post-acquisition hedges, and derivative products. Should have 2 years of experience with margin loans; total return swaps; interest rate hedges, FX and currency hedges; structuring of derivative products in connection with syndicated credit facilities and project financing. Must possess an LL.M., or LL.B. degree. Foreign degree equivalent is acceptable. Must be admitted to the NY State Bar.

The candidate must possess a JD degree. Must display academic excellence as indicated by cum laude/magna cum laude/distinction/scholar/B GPA and/or law review/journal experience.
