Tax Associate Attorney

The candidate should preferably have experience advising clients on an individual, partnership, S-corporation, and C-corporation income tax matters, in addition to Mergers and Acquisitions transactions. Large firm experience and an LL.M. in Taxation are preferred. Admission to the State Bar of California is required.

The candidate should have excellent academic credentials, as well as strong written, interpersonal, and communication skills. Must be able to work in a team while also handling significant individual responsibilities.
