Houston office of our client seeks lateral construction law attorney with 8-15 years of experience in representing property owners, developers, engineers, architects, contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers on residential, commercial, industrial and government projects. The candidate should have experience with drafting contracts, preparing liens and bond claims, delay claims, and defect claims. Board certified in construction law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization is a plus.
