Austin office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level to senior FDA associate attorney with 4-7 years of law firm and/or relevant in-house experience in FDA regulatory matters. The candidate focuses on FDA compliance and enforcement, primarily for medical products, including product development and clearance/approval pathways, manufacturing, distribution, and promotion and advertising compliance. Must preferably have experience applying FDA law and regulation across strategic counseling matters, investigations, and corporate transactions involving FDA-regulated companies. Experience advising Life Sciences companies on additional compliance matters (Sunshine and transparency, HCP interactions, state marketing and compliance laws) will also be helpful. In addition to the core focus on medical products, additional experience in areas including cosmetics, food, CBD/hemp, and non-medical radiation emitting products would be welcome.
The candidate should have excellent academic credentials, and strong writing, research, analytical and verbal communication skills.
