The ideal candidate must have a strong background in environmental / toxic tort litigation. Significant experience with agency enforcement defense and regulatory compliance counseling essential. Experience with conducting environmental diligence for corporate transactions needed. Should have knowledge of federal and state environmental statutes, including CERCLA and California's Prop 65. Experience drafting briefs, correspondence, and written discovery responses essential. Experience preparing and supporting depositions and oral arguments needed. Experience managing discovery essential. Must be Barred in the state.
