Seminole office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 4-6 years of estate planning experience. The candidate will serve a well-established estate planning practice plus help us grow to serve even more clients and bring them peace of mind. Will meet with potential new clients, outline the plan and get them to hire us for their estate planning needs. Review and execute estate planning documents and correspondence related to assigned files. May draft some EP documents but will be reviewing most of the time. Meet with clients and/or their legal representatives, and attend all required meetings, hearings, and other necessary appointments to provide the legal planning and services necessary to meet client goals. Work to make client satisfaction a top priority, finding a quick resolution to client complaints and concerns. Write articles or blogs for websites. Must have an active FL license. Knowledge of Medicaid, Probate, or Estate Administration is helpful. Knowledge of MS Office required.

The candidate should be self-organization, and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills along with the ability to develop rapport and relationships with clients and potential new clients are also paramount in order to meet deadlines and provide quality service to clients. Must have a JD degree. Should have exceptional research and writing skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment is needed. Must be a team player with mutual respect of all levels regardless of job title. Superb organizational, follow-through, and time management skills are needed. The ability to deliver a quality client experience that meets their needs is required. Must have a great, positive attitude. A growth mindset focused on quality service and documents for clients as well as in all aspects of the EP practice is required.
