Charlotte office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a casesmart counsel, charges attorney with 6 years of employment law experience, including drafting persuasive position statements and representing clients at hearings and/or mediations. The candidate will be drafting position statements. Will be responding to agency requests for information. Representing clients in settlement negotiations and remote mediation. Must have familiarity and experience with administrative agency charges, preferably at both the federal and state levels on the management side. Must have an active Bar license in North Carolina State. It is a remote and off-partner-track position.

The candidate should have strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
