Senior Structured Finance Associate Attorney

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior structured finance associate attorney with 4-10 years of experience working on structured finance and capital markets transactions. The candidate will join a team with a significant deal flow on a wide variety of securitizations, including credit cards, auto loans, unsecured consumer lines of credit, music royalty, art loans, and whole business securitizations. Will be the primary draftsperson of offering documents and related agreements and overseeing junior associates' assistance with the transaction. The role will involve significant client and investment banker interaction. Should have significant drafting experience and the ability to be the lead associate on matters.
