Mundelein office of our client seeks transactional attorney with 10+ years of experience. The candidate will be serving in general corporate matters including reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts such as engagement letters, operating agreements, stockholder agreements, registration rights agreements and employment agreements. Will be drafting and review of medical contracts. Preparation of Opinion Letters. Serving as outside, in-house counsel to privately-held corporations, advising them on their day to day business dealings. Should have corporate and commercial real estate experience. Knowledge of Estate Planning and Estate Administration or a willingness to learn is a plus. Must be licensed in Illinois. Experience representing clients in the sale and purchase of their businesses is needed. Broad-based commercial real estate experience including acquisitions and dispositions, review of loan documents and drafting and review of leases (commercial, industrial, retail and office properties) is needed. Knowledge and experience regarding estate planning is a plus.

Must have strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Must be comfortable working independently, yet be a team player. Attorney will be required to efficiently manage multiple disciplines. The right attorney will have the opportunity to take over the thriving practices of two principals who are planning to retire in the near future.
