Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate Attorney

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level employment litigation associate attorney with experience. The candidate should preferably have strong litigation experience involving employment claims, harassment, discrimination, non-competes, and unlawful terminations. Must have solid experience in employment counseling, including employee handbooks, drafting employee policies, and knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and statutes. Experience assisting with depositions and trials is preferred, and some experience with general commercial litigation and tort defense is a plus. New York Bar admission is required and admission in New Jersey, Connecticut, and/or Pennsylvania is a plus.

The candidate should have excellent writing skills.
