New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an attorney with 1-4 years of labor and employee benefit plan experience. Experience in multiemployer Taft-Hartley benefit plans is a plus. Litigation experience and work in front of the NLRB or arbitration is desired. Candidates with experience practicing before the NLRB and its Regions will have immediate opportunities to practice before the board. Experience in handling benefit plan-related litigation, including contribution enforcement, withdrawal liability, post-judgment enforcement, benefit claims, and fiduciary breaches are preferred. The candidate will be advising and representing international and local unions on everything from organizing new contractors and members to administering the organization's internal affairs, policies, and programs. Assisting benefit plan personnel, trustees, and unions with the full range of issues faced by all types of employee benefit plans, including drafting and review of plan documents, service provider contracts, and participant communications. Must be a member of the New York Bar.

The candidate must have strong writing, speaking, and analytical skills, and be a practical thinker with the ability to interact well with clients and plan professionals.
