Intellectual Property Litigation and Privacy / Data Security Associate Attorney

San Jose office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks intellectual property litigation and privacy/data security associate attorney with 3-4 years of experience as a practicing attorney, preferably some of which has been in the private law firm environment. The candidate will handle all facets of complex litigation with a focus on intellectual property. Will provide advice and counsel in privacy/data security regulatory compliance. Contracts, data breach response/management/remediation, information security plans, compliance advice and counsel. Should have knowledge and experience in complex business litigation with a focus on intellectual property. Exposure to privacy/data security issues is a plus. Should preferably have a science background and familiarity with privacy and data security laws, regulations, and industry standards such as California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Fluency in the Mandarin language is a plus. Must be a current member of the State Bar of California.
