HR and Employment Associate Attorney

Eden Prairie office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks HR and employment associate attorney with 1-3 years of relevant experience. The candidate should have familiarity with employment-related laws, a strong interest in developing a career in employment advising, a desire to build and develop relationships as a member of the employment advising team. Employment advising experience and a portable book of business are preferred. Must also have strong writing abilities, experience and/or sincere interest in advising clients on employment and HR matters, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Must be admitted, or eligible to become admitted, to practice law in Minnesota. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
