Cincinnati office of our client seeks labor/employment associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate must have experience with employment litigation (research/writing, drafting pleadings/motions, counseling on garden variety EEO matters) and sound second chair experience (taking and defending depositions, arguing motions).
