Sacramento office of our client seeks an associate attorney preferably with 5+ years of experience in civil litigation. The candidate will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of litigation, including: case analysis and litigation tactics; researching and handling of unique and complex legal issues; drafting and responding to written discovery; taking and defending depositions; writing and arguing significant law and motion, including dispositive motions; participating in mediations and arbitrations; and trial preparation. Must have a solid background in law and motion, discovery including taking and defending depositions, and writing and research skills.
