Homewood office of our client seeks family law attorney with experience. The candidate will be preparing a high volume of legal documents (in the area of family law) on a daily basis. Will be calculating court-ordered child support and maintenance. Preparing trial binders; providing assistance in trial settings, if necessary preparing and reviewing discovery documents, including disclosure statements, answers to interrogatories, and production requests; and filing in Cook County, as well as all surrounding counties. Must have experience in the preparation of legal documents, preferably in the preparation of legal documents in the area of Family Law. Spanish fluency preferred.

Must possess the following skills: excellent listening and communication skills, people/interpersonal skills, organizational skills and computer skills.

The law firm focuses its practice on family, DUI, injury, and criminal defense matters. The firm has offices in Chicago, Illinois; Vero Beach, Florida; and Valencia, California.
