Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney

Seattle office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks intellectual property litigation attorney with 5+ years of experience. The candidate will have the opportunity to work on complex patent, trademark, and other IP litigation matters in federal courts around the United States. Will handle the following types of tasks for complex litigation matters, primarily patent litigation: written discovery, brief writing, depositions, and trial preparation. Experience in inter partes review (IPR) proceedings at the USPTO is essential. Must have the ability to be admitted to the Bar in the state of residency.

The candidate should have a JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Must have strong communication and writing skills.
