The candidate should have knowledge federal and state securities and related laws. Experience working effectively within a deadline-driven environment is required. Member of Texas Bar and in good standing required.

The candidate should have strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong academic credentials essential. Positive client-service attitude needed. Must be detail oriented, with excellent organizational skills.
