White Plains office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an immigration attorney with 1 year of previous paid immigration law experience. The candidate will represent clients in immigration court for deportation cases in regard to asylum, cancellation, SIJ, adjustment, bond hearings, and more. Will prepare and file briefs and motions on behalf of clients. Advise clients on immigration matters. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of immigration law. Prepare forms and filings as related to deportation cases. Represent clients at adjustment interviews and naturalization interviews. Prepare clients for hearings and interviews. Must be Bilingual (Spanish/English). Must have passed a Bar exam.
The candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to build rapport with clients needed. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
