The candidate must be interested in working on various corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing (representing borrowers and lenders), compliance, and general business matters. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, facility with numbers, excellent research, writing, and verbal communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines and a commitment to client service.
