Mid-Level Financial Services Litigation Associate Attorney

Edison office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level financial services litigation associate attorney with 3+ years of experience. The candidate will manage 30-50 files, largely in New York, defending loan servicers in single-plaintiff litigation and representing lenders in highly contested foreclosures and appeals. Should preferably have financial services, contested foreclosure, and/or New York commercial litigation experience. New Jersey Bar admission is required, and New York Bar admission is a plus.
