Associate Attorney

Woodland Hills office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks associate attorney with 5-10 years of restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation experience. The candidate will work with its premier Employee Defection and Trade Secrets practice group. Must have appreciable experience litigating restrictive covenant and trade secret matters, including motions for injunctive relief, motions for expedited discovery, deposition and discovery experience (including substantial exposure to computer forensics and e-discovery issues). Should be admitted in California but candidates in other jurisdictions will be considered.

The candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
