Cyber/Data/Privacy Attorney

Denver office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks cyber/data/privacy attorney with 2-6 years of law firm experience. The candidate will be counseling and advisory component, as well as working on privacy and cybersecurity aspects of corporate and technology transactions, incident preparedness and response, state and federal investigations, and/or litigation. Should have experience advising clients on cyber/data/privacy issues as well as candidates who have experience litigating these issues. Must have strong interest in pursuing a specialization in privacy and cybersecurity, interest in developing the ability to engage directly with clients and lead significant projects.

The candidate should have strong analytical and writing skills.
