The candidate will work closely with the attorneys, patent agents, and technical specialists to draft patent applications over a wide range of technologies, prosecute patent applications in the US and in other jurisdictions, and interact with inventors and clients worldwide. A graduate degree in the areas of computer science, electrical engineering, or similar fields or significant technical experience in these fields is required. Patent preparation and prosecution skills are desired. Should preferably have a Ph.D. in computer science or electrical engineering or a related field.
